Real-Time TV/Video & PowerPoint Content: WebDT Content Manager (WCM) software adds two new features to further enhance and simplify content management for digital signage networks.
TV Tuner/ Live Video Support: TV signals and live video feeds can now be directly broadcast to a digital sign for fast content. Real-time TV/video can be sent to a zone on the screen or take up the entire screen space. A TV Tuner/Video in USB adapter facilitates the media to be played on the WebDT SA3000 (media player), and touch control buttons enable the player to select channels and control volume.
PowerPoint Plug-in: a new add-in tool with WCM 3.2 allows the creation of digital sign content from a PowerPoint file to be directly uploaded to the signage appliance (player) and scheduled in the playlist. PowerPoint files can also be previewed before playback just like other media files. The PPT plug-in adds efficiency to content creation for dynamic messages that are timely and up-to-date.
